Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi kinerja ASN di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa, Politik, dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kota Kupang berdasarkan mutu kerja, jumlah kerja, dan ketepatan waktu. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ditentukan secara saturated sampling terhadap 31 pegawai. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, yang diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara kuisioner menggunakan skala Likert dan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan iimplementasi kinerja ASN di Kantor Kesbangpolinmas Kota Kupang sudah sangat baik. Dengan demikian kinerja ASN perlu dipertahankan.  Perhatian pemimpin dan organisasi juga diperlukan dalam peningkatan kemampuan karakteristik pegawai dari aspek pendidikan dan pengembangan diri.
